Acquia AI Provider for Cloud Platform connects your Drupal application (glossary term, activate to view definition) to powerful Large Language Models (LLMs) with no requirements for custom API integrations. With this, you can build and use AI-powered features directly in your Drupal site for a seamless content and development experience. In addition, this ensures that there is a unified workflow that does not require content editors to switch between different tools and developers to manage complex, time-consuming integrations.
AI Provider consists of the following components:
AI gateway service that provides access to Large Language Models (LLMs)
Drupal module that provides the integration between Drupal AI modules and Acquia’s AI gateway.

Disabling AI Provider
To disable the AI Provider for your Drupal site::
Uninstall the Acquia AI Provider module on your Drupal site. Ensure that you disable any AI configuration that depends on this provider.
Toggle the switch to disable the Enable AI Provider option. This removes the credentials from your Drupal site.
Viewing available models
To view the available models from AI Provider:
Log into your Drupal site with administrator privileges.
Navigate to Administration > Configuration > AI.
Click Provider Settings.
Click Acquia AI Gateway to load the provider information page.
Scroll to the Available Models section. Listed in this section are the available models and their capabilities.
Monitoring AI Credits usage
Note
The information in this section is available only for accounts that have Owner or Administratorpermissions for the selected organization. For more information, visit Managing subscriptions.
Click your organization (glossary term, activate to view definition)’s information card.The system displays the Organizations page.

In the Entitlements section, access the AI Credits card. Your subscription (glossary term, activate to view definition)’s usage is shown.
