To create an application:
On the Applications page, click Add Application.
The Add Application page opens.
By default, the system selects Purchase a new Cloud Platform Professional subscription.
Enter the Application name (glossary term, activate to view definition) for your new application.
The application name you choose will be your application’s UNIX username and code repository name. Application names must meet these requirements:

Cloud Platform creates the application. Your new application’s environments initially contain a default welcome message. Use one of the following options to create a working Drupal application:
